Pittsburgh, America's most livable city..

Umm.. the last time Pittsburgh was "America's Most Livable City" I was in 5th grade. That was 22 years ago.. And it did what?? Got us a new arena?? No, that was Mario.. Got us a good baseball team?? Don't know if that has or will happen?? What will it get us now?? Filled potholes?? I doubt it..
